About the Role
We are hiring a Social Media Manager to lead content, PR marketing activities, strategy, and overall brand presence across digital platforms for our company. This role requires strong creativity, execution capability, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
• Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy across all relevant social media platforms.
• Create monthly content calendars, campaign plans, and platform-specific communication guidelines.
• Identify trends, opportunities, and new formats to maximize reach and engagement.
Content Management
• Lead content planning, briefing, and coordination with writers, designers, and video editors.
• Oversee daily posting, community engagement, and audience interaction.
• Ensure brand consistency across posts, stories, reels, and long-form content.
Platform Management
Manage and optimize presence across:
• Instagram
• Facebook
• LinkedIn
• YouTube
• X (Twitter)
• Reels/Shorts platforms
• Other emerging platforms as required
Performance & Analytics
• Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversions.
• Analyze data weekly and monthly to optimize content, posting patterns, and strategy.
• Prepare performance reports and insights for leadership.
PR & Marketing Support
• Support PR-driven campaigns, announcements, and communication initiatives.
• Coordinate with partners, influencers, and PR teams when required.
Team Leadership
• Manage, mentor, and guide the social media and content team.
• Coordinate workloads, review deliverables, and ensure timely output.
• Collaborate with branding, marketing, and operations teams.

Requirements
• 3–5 years of social media management experience.
• Strong understanding of trends, content formats, digital storytelling, and analytics.
• Experience in content strategy, calendar planning, and team coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple platforms and deliver consistent brand experiences.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with tools like Meta Insights, YouTube Studio, LinkedIn Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.
• Prior experience handling a team is preferred.
