Job Title: Social Media Assistant (Football)

Duration: 3 months

Location: WFH 

Working Days:  6 days a week - flexible work hours (ideally 10:30 am to 6:30 pm IST)

Job Description:

Do you love Indian Football and are a pro at social media content creation, then this is for you. We’re looking for a smart and witty social media intern to work with our Project Managers at Engage Digital Partners, India on football content for our clients like - ISL, FB Bengaluru United, Super Power Football, and more.

We’re looking for someone with a understanding of social media and follows Indian football. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills (English) and be able to manage their time effectively. On a day-to-day basis, you would be assisting the Account Managers in research, coordination & community management on various social media projects. Further, you may be required to provide support to content producers, graphic designers & digital analysts depending on the project. The ability to write short-form and long-form content is a must. 

Key skills and knowledge:

  • Knowledge of the Social media platforms
  • Create and curate content and monitor social media trends and analytics
  • Ability to ideate and create fun, engaging football content (Graphics / Videos) as per latest social media trends,  in collaboration with Graphics Designer and Video editors
  • Engage with followers / subscribers and build a strong community
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends and tools
  • Open to trying and testing new technologies and opportunities for content creation / social media management
  • Strong communication skills
  • Editorial sensibility – Identify & write content for digital platforms (captions / Copy)
  • Strong interest and knowledge of football is a must

 

General:

  • Open to Freshers, graduates & students  
  • Work flexible days, according to the appropriate sports-related calendar
  • Able to perform under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and work to tight timelines
  • Be a good communicator with strong relationship management skills
  • Social media savvy
