Job Description


1.     Brief Job Description (Pls. list them in order of importance):

       To conduct the desktop reviews, technical / social /Security/Environmental audits based on various standards and   

       code of conducts of various retailers, on behalf of whom we conduct the assessments for second party.

 

2.     Key Results Areas ( KRA’s) & Key Deliverables:

  • To conduct the audits professionally and in accordance with various standards / codes
  • To summaries the report / perform the audit opening & closing meeting as per client requirements
  • To deliver audit report timely manner & also perform the file management as per guidelines
  • To support back office operations (post audit activities) as & when required.

 

3.     Technical / Behavioral / Managerial / Critical Skills Desired:

  • Team Worker
  • Dynamic
  • Can handle management queries and doubts.
  • Good Communication and presentation skills
  • Convincing ability
  • Eye for detail.
  • Willing to travel extensively (critical requirement).Any person having travel constraint due to physical or family or other reason, will be a problem.
  • Long term commitment ( min 4-5 years ).
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations
  • Polite

Qualifications

1.     Qualifications:

  • Essential: Graduate and APSCA RA Status
  • Desirable: Post Graduate/LLB/Honors in HR/Law/Environmental/Chemical
  • Specialization: HR/Law


2.     Experience Profile :

  • Minimum Years :    3                                       ; Maximum Years : 10        
  • Industry/ Sector: Manufacturing/Auditing
  • Scope of job /Activities handled: Compliances/Legal Department/HR Department
