【About This Position】
This position is a key role in planning and operating HR systems at the Kumagaya Factory in Saitama Prefecture, which manufactures automotive air-conditioning products. This is not simply an HR operations role.
The responsibilities include:
- Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations
- Supporting business continuity
- Gaining acceptance from the operational site
- Contributing to company growth
You will act as both a designer and executor, balancing all of these objectives.
In a dynamic factory environment, you will respond to daily changes such as production plan fluctuations, staffing adjustments, performance evaluations, and labor issues. You will conceptualize “ideal systems,” implement them as functional systems, and ensure they are effectively operated on-site.
This is a professional HR position responsible not only for designing systems but also for ensuring they function in practice.
【Main Responsibilities】
◎HR System Planning & Operations
- Design and improve HR systems that are legal, appropriate, and effective
- Operate and enhance performance, grade, and compensation systems
- Propose system improvements through HR data analysis
◎Workforce Planning & Labor Cost Management
- Develop workforce plans to respond to production plan changes
- Plan optimal staffing, placements, and transfers
- Manage labor costs and conduct budget vs. actual analyses
◎HR Management for Diverse Employment Types
- Manage various employment types, including technical interns, overseas interns, temporary staff, and contractors
- Handle visa-related matters for foreign employees
- Design HR policies appropriate for each contract type
◎Labor Relations & Individual Case Handling
- Address mental health, harassment, and labor issues
- Develop and implement solutions while ensuring legal compliance
- Build and strengthen labor-management relations
◎Talent Development & Performance Support
- Support evaluation campaign operations
- Implement talent development initiatives
- Provide HR coaching to on-site managers
◎Engagement & Well-being Promotion
- Plan and implement Quality of Life at Work initiatives
- Promote improvements based on employee feedback
- Drive V5000 and 5 Axes-related activities
◎HR Data & Operations Management
- Manage attendance, payroll, and related information
- Respond to audits (IATF, V5000, etc.)
- Develop and implement IP action plans

Candidates must have experience in at least one of the following areas (A~C):
A. Recruitment Experience (with pre-defined pass/fail criteria)
・Conducted interviews for 300 or more candidates using pre-established evaluation criteria
B. HR Operations Experience
・3+ years of experience in designing and operating evaluation, grading, and compensation systems
C. Labor Relations Experience
・Experience designing and resolving 50 or more labor-related issues (including mental health and harassment cases)
Skill Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
- Japanese: Native level
- English: Conversational level or higher, with a willingness to continuously improve

- Experience in foreign-affiliated companies or overseas assignments
- HR experience in listed companies (5+ years)
