Job Description: SFDC Technical Project Lead & Agile Scrum Master
We are seeking a skilled SFDC Technical Project Lead who can also perform the role of an Agile Scrum Master to drive end-to-end delivery of Salesforce programs. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical understanding of Salesforce with hands-on project leadership and agile delivery expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Salesforce project delivery across discovery, design, build, testing, and deployment.
- Act as Scrum Master: run sprint ceremonies, manage backlog, remove blockers, and ensure agile best practices.
- Coordinate with architects, developers, QA, product owners, and business stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and oversee build quality.
- Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and deliverables, ensuring on-time execution.
- Manage releases, environments, and DevOps alignment.
Required Skills:
- 6–10 years of Salesforce delivery experience with strong understanding of Sales/Service Cloud, integrations, and platform capabilities.
- Proven experience as Scrum Master in Salesforce or cloud projects.
- Strong communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to guide technical teams, review solutions, and ensure adherence to best practices.

- Certifications: CSM/PSM, Salesforce Admin/PD1, Agile certifications.
