Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • 2+ years of experience in staffing, contingent workforce programs, or vendor management.
  • Proficiency with Vendor Management Systems (e.g., Beeline, SAP Fieldglass, etc.).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented and skilled in problem-solving with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Familiarity with labor laws, compliance standards, and contingent workforce regulations is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Operations:
  • Act as the primary representative for contingent workforce management systems, ensuring daily operations run smoothly.
  • Manage workflows and tasks within the Vendor Management System (VMS), including worker requests, partner requests, approvals, and assignments.
  • Collaborate with partners and internal stakeholders to address operational needs and resolve challenges.
  • Vendor Management System (VMS) Expertise:
  • Administer the VMS, ensuring proper system functionality and timely processing of data.
  • Perform bulk data uploads, such as worker assignments, rate adjustments, and compliance records, to maintain system accuracy.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot issues in the VMS, resolving errors and optimizing workflows.
  • Utilize VMS reporting tools to extract and analyze data, providing actionable insights to improve program performance.
  • Ensure data integrity within the VMS by conducting routine audits and reconciliations.
  • Worker Onboarding and Offboarding:
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for contingent workers, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Coordinate offboarding activities, including system access termination, and final timecard processing.
  • Ensure that all documentation, such as contracts and background checks, is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Vendor Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact.
  • Liaise with partners and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality service delivery and address escalations promptly.
  • Issue Resolution:
  • Investigate and resolve issues related to timecards, billing discrepancies, and program compliance.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for internal management ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.
  • Track and document all issues, identifying trends and areas for process improvement.
  • Compliance and Reporting:
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, contractual agreements, and legal standards throughout the program.
  • Generate basic reports on key metrics, such as worker utilization, partner performance, and program compliance.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for improving operational efficiency and program outcomes.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance service delivery, and improve program efficiency.
  • Participate in training sessions and implement process updates as needed.
