ServiceNow Pre Sales Solution Consultant– India (Any Location)
Are you passionate about designing cutting-edge ServiceNow solutions and influencing enterprise digital transformation strategies? Join our global ServiceNow practice, collaborating with stakeholders worldwide to deliver innovative solutions for new and existing opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead presales engagements: impactful demos, workshops, and tailored solution presentations for global clients.
- Architect scalable ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, IRM, HRSD, CSM, FSM, Gen AI/Agentic AI, App Engine, and industry-specific modules.
- Own proposals and RFP/RFI responses: technical documentation, solution design, effort estimation, pricing models.
- Collaborate with onshore leads, sales, delivery, and technical teams to create winning proposals and client roadmaps.
- Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring best practices and platform alignment; support seamless handover from presales to delivery.
- Provide technical guidance throughout the sales cycle, identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
- Curate and maintain solution collateral: presentations, case studies, technical documentation.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies—especially in AI, CRM, and enterprise service management.
- Mentor and build offshore teams, fostering innovation and excellence.
Technical & Leadership Requirements
- ServiceNow Gen AI & Agentic AI:
- Must have hands-on experience with AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, and exploring AI’s impact on business functions and industries.
- Shape AI-enabled workflows and intelligent automation approaches to accelerate time-to-value and maximize ROI on the ServiceNow platform.
- Lead discovery workshops with strategic and enterprise customers to uncover business goals, transformation priorities, and AI-driven opportunities.
- ServiceNow Delivery Experience:
- 10+ years proven ServiceNow delivery experience in large-scale transformation programs across multiple modules.
- Strong market insight into industry trends and their impact on customer transformation priorities, particularly in AI, CRM, and enterprise service management.
- Executive Presence:
- Ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders.
- Partner closely with Service Sales Executives, Account Executives, Solution Consulting, and go-to-market teams to position and sell high-value professional services engagements.
- Presales & Delivery Continuity:
- Act as the single point of continuity from sales to early delivery, ensuring seamless transition into execution.
- Translate vision into clearly defined delivery scope—produce Statements of Work (SOWs), delivery roadmaps, resource plans, and success criteria.
- Build accurate services estimates, select the right pricing model (T&M, fixed price, subscription), and ensure profitable delivery margins.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Practice Leads, and Delivery Managers to validate feasibility, identify risks, and secure the right skills for success.
- Core ServiceNow Expertise:
- Hands-on experience in architecting and configuring solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, FSM, IRM/GRC, App Engine/Platform, CMDB, CSDM.
- Integration experience with third-party systems (REST/SOAP APIs, LDAP, SSO, IT monitoring tools, HR/payroll systems, CRM, etc.).
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, data model, scripting (JavaScript, Glide), and workflow automation.
- Certifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Required.
- At least three Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications – Required.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Master Architect (CMA) – Preferred.
- Commitment to maintaining sales and technical certifications and continuous professional development.
- Additional Requirements
- Experience in selling Managed Services and positioning multiple ServiceNow offerings as unified solutions.
- Self-driven, motivated, and results-oriented.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to mentor, build teams, and work both independently and collaboratively.
