Job Description
Development & Configuration
- Design and develop HRSD applications including HR Case Management, HR Agent Workspace, Employee Centre Portal, Now Assist capabilities for HRSD, HR Knowledge Management.
- Build and maintain HR services, HR catalog items, HR COE configuration, Case types, HR templates, HR Criteria
- Develop flows and sub flows for HR Catalogs using Flow Designer.
- Create custom widgets, portals, and components using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, AngularJS.
- Knowledge in ServiceNow platform upgrades
- Experience in UI builders, Platform Analytics, ServiceNow Scripting.
Integration
- Integrate ServiceNow HRSD with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, Oracle Cloud) and other enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Ensure seamless data exchange and compliance with security standards.
Maintenance & Support
- Perform testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Ensure stability and compliance of HRSD platform during upgrades and patches.
- Resolve and Troubleshoot issues x1`related to HR Catalogs, HR Workspace, Portal functionality, and HR Flow.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience and strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform, ITSM, HRSD and other modules.
- Familiarity with HR processes (onboarding, benefits, payroll, etc.) and IT Processes.
- Understanding of integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) and Single Sign-On (SSO).
- Knowledge of Performance Analytics and reporting in ServiceNow.
- Experience in developing Custom Applications.
- Knowledge in building AI agents using Agentic AI.
- Implementation of new functionalities in ServiceNow using OOTB best practices.
- Automation of the existing process to reduce manual efforts.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with HR and IT teams.
Certifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow HR Implementation Specialist (preferred).
