Department Management

  • Handling multiple projects, collaborating closely with developers, copywriters, animators and clients etc.
  • Takes brief from the client/servicing team, ideates with their content and tech partners, researches, designs user journeys, wire framing, prototyping, Interface designing, plans, presents, executes and delivers the project end to end along with the team.
  • Oversees flawless delivery of all projects within individual client clusters.
  • Plans daily work requirement with their manager, set deadlines, quality processes, and delivers on time.
  • Assists CD/Group heads in presenting work to client.
  • Collaborates with other creative staff to share learning and experience and to establish initiatives that will improve IA’s creative product, enhance quality, productivity, and profitability of the group’s work.
  • Promote IA values in every thought and action, which will contribute to overall office morale, spirit, character and work quality.

Client facing

  • Be the day-to-day resource for interaction with mid- to senior-level clients.
  • Attend meetings with the team and interact with client for presenting designs and taking their feedback.
  • Sell creative ideas in an effective manner to convince clients.
  • Proactive ideas over and above regular briefs to generate more business.
  • Attend all the review meetings.
  • Be an engaging and trusted advisor that client respects.


Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with a proven record of accomplishment in UX for web and mobile designs applications.
  • A. in graphic design, Communication Arts, and with equivalent UX certifications
  • Proven highly versatile design skills. Portfolio necessary - should have live projects included.
  • Hands-on experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, interface design etc.
  • Self-learning and able to learn new tools and work in a fast moving environment.
  • Experience using tools such as Photoshop, Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, InVision etc.
  • Understanding of basic front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3, Javascript.
  • Strong knowledge of visual design and colour theory a must.
  • Should have great understanding of user interaction psychology in their design process.
  • Be well versed with various UX terminologies like Personas, Affordance, card sorting, tree testing etc.
  • Have a robust research oriented approach while developing a solution for any products.
  • Should be able to decode Web analytics report and provide creative ideas with problem solving solutions.
  • Strong management experience including team and other stakeholders.
  • Design sense needs to be versatile keeping with the current trends of UI design/patterns and interactive components.
  • Expertise in providing innovative UI solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills is necessary and the confidence to explain and support your thinking, both internally and externally.
  • Have knowledge/experience of working on any of the CMS platforms like Sitecore, AEM, Drupal etc
  • Experience working in an agile/scrum development process.
  • Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends.
