This role will lead a sizeable team of HR Shared Services team members executing transactions across various HR processes. The role will support the broader HR leadership team by way of performing seamless and accurate transactions through the progressive HR Shared Services framework.
ResponsibilitiesLeading a team of 25+ direct/indirect team members based in India, Philippines and Lithuania within the HR Shared Services function to ensure the timely and accurate delivery for a progressive and consistent employee experience
Develop team members through cross-training and skills development, ensuring knowledge sharing and business continuity.
Accountability for the day to day performance of the HR Shared Services team, ensuring adherence to SLA's and KPI's
Reviewing and reporting on relevant KPI's or SLA's of the team
Proactive planning, ensuring efficient utilization of HR shared services resources.
Close collaboration and regular interaction with the larger HR team
Promoting a high-performance culture, with a focus on team collaboration,
Ensuring data quality on the HRIS and supporting various internal and external audits
Highlighting, escalating and reporting risk events, if any, appropriately
Contribute in the upscaling of the scope of HR Shared Services and implementation and maintenance of HRIS
