We are seeking an innovative and detail-oriented Senior UX Designer to join our forward-thinking design team. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 7 years of professional work experience in creating intuitive, user-centered digital experiences and a passion for solving complex design challenges. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the AI-powered cybersecurity products, working at the intersection of design, technology, and business strategy.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with the cross-functional stakeholders such as product managers, engineers, and business leaders to translate user needs into seamless, impactful design solutions. Exposure to AI-powered design tools, generative ideation, intelligent prototyping, and emerging technologies such as AR/VR and conversational interfaces will be considered a strong advantage, enabling you to bring future-ready perspectives into our design process.
Responsibilities
User Research & Insights
- Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research including user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis.
- Synthesize research findings into actionable insights, personas, journey maps, workflows, and use cases.
Design Excellence
- Envision and design human-centered experiences with measurable business impact for shaping the next-generation cybersecurity products.
- Create information architecture, task flows, low-fidelity wireframes, and high-fidelity visual designs for web and mobile platforms.
- Contribute to the evolution, maintenance, and scaling of enterprise design systems to ensure consistency, usability, and accessibility.
- Iterate designs rapidly based on user feedback, usability findings, and stakeholder inputs.
Strategic Innovation
- Contribute to the future vision of AI-powered and agent-driven cybersecurity experiences.
- Translate business goals and user needs into intuitive, scalable product experiences.
- Stay current with UX, AI-driven design, and emerging interaction trends, applying relevant innovations to real-world enterprise use cases.
Collaboration & Communication
- Partner with product managers, engineers, QA, and business leaders throughout the product lifecycle to ensure design solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with product strategy.\
- Clearly articulate and advocate design decisions using strong storytelling, data, and design rationale.
- Participate in design reviews, critiques, and cross-team knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Product Design, Visual Communication or related field.
- 5 to 7 years of professional UX design experience with a strong portfolio of user-centered solutions.
- Experience designing enterprise B2B products; exposure to cybersecurity, SaaS, or complex platforms is a plus.
- Awareness or hands-on experience with emerging interaction paradigms such as Agentic AI, voice interfaces, and immersive experiences.
- Strong foundational knowledge of qualitative and quantitative user research methods.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and usability testing tools.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows, generative tools, and emerging technologies (AR/VR, conversational UI) is highly desirable.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and how designs translate into production.
- Working knowledge of global accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices.
