Location: CBD Belapur Navi Mumbai
Shift: 7:00 - 4:30 AM Night Shift
Experience: 3+ Years

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior US IT Recruiter with a strong understanding of the US hiring process, technical recruitment, and end-to-end recruitment cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Source, screen, and qualify IT professionals using various recruitment platforms (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.)
✅ Handle the complete recruitment life cycle, from job posting to onboarding
✅ Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for IT positions (Developers, Engineers, Architects, Analysts, etc.)
✅ Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements
✅ Negotiate compensation packages, including pay rates, benefits, and contract terms
✅ Utilize ATS tools and CRM software to manage candidate information
✅ Stay updated with the latest industry trends and hiring technologies
Required Skills & Qualifications:
✔️ 3+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment (Contract, C2C, W2, 1099, Full-time hiring)
✔️ Strong knowledge of IT terminologies, skill sets, and market trends
✔️ Hands-on experience with job portals like Dice, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.
✔️ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
✔️ Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
✔️ Must be comfortable working in US time zones (EST/PST)
