We are looking for a highly motivated Senior US IT Recruiter with a strong understanding of the US hiring process, technical recruitment, and end-to-end recruitment cycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✔️ 3+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment (Contract, C2C, W2, 1099, Full-time hiring)
✔️ Strong knowledge of IT terminologies, skill sets, and market trends
✔️ Hands-on experience with job portals like Dice, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.
✔️ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
✔️ Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
