ISS STOXX is seeking an experienced front end developer in Mumbai, India
Overview:
We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Front end developer to join our team and elevate the user experience of our web and mobile applications. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers and developers to design intuitive interfaces and deliver seamless experiences across platforms.
Responsibilities:
- 3-6 years experience in developing user-friendly web pages using HTML, CSS, & JavaScript.
- Collaborate with cross functional team to create UI/UX designs
- Collaborate with back-end developers to implement UI/UX designs
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Ensure responsive design across various screen sizes and devices
- Maintain and improve website performance and usability
- Conduct browser and device testing to ensure cross-platform compatibility
- Create prototypes and mockups for new features
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends
- Ensure accessibility and SEO best practices are followed
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Experience with frameworks like Steamlit
- Familiarity with responsive and adaptive design principles
- Experience with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD , or Photoshop
- Understanding of browser testing and debugging
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skill.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Front-End Developer or similar role
- Portfolio showcasing past web development projects
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
