- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery aligned to business objectives
- Facilitate and govern Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Establish robust project governance frameworks and define clear roles and responsibilities to support effective execution.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, clients, and senior leadership to ensure seamless communication and engagement.
- Manage and collaborate with cross‑cultural and geographically distributed teams to drive unified delivery outcomes.
- Identify and resolve team issues and conflicts while managing dependencies and the critical path to maintain smooth project execution.
- Identify and mitigate delivery risks through proactive and effective risk‑management strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement across delivery processes, methodologies, and team performance.
- Coach, mentor and motivate project teams and contractors to foster accountability, growth and high performance.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple Scrum/Agile teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision making abilities.
- Experience working with cross cultural and geographically distributed teams.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, e.g. agile, kanban, waterfall, Jira and MS Project.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage diverse range of stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Proven experience in the implementation and support of complex enterprise software solutions. e.g. Salesforce, Netsuite, ServiceNow, Workday
- Customer‑focused, collaborative, and able to work effectively in team environments.
