About Team & About Role:
Rubrik is seeking a Senior Manager, Full Stack Web Developer, CXO Experiences to redefine how IT and security CXOs interact with digital content, insights, and executive engagement experiences. As part of the Office of Transformation, you will architect high-impact web platforms, interactive data visualizations, AI-driven storytelling tools, and CXO event experiences that position Rubrik as a leader in cyber resilience and accelerate go-to-market engagement with top enterprise decision-makers.
This role goes beyond traditional web development—you’ll be shaping secure, scalable, and visually stunning digital experiences tailored for CXO audiences. Using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and cloud-native architectures, you’ll build web-based CXO experiences, high-touch microsites, next-gen interactive web content, and personalized engagement hubs that bring data and cybersecurity insights to life.
Beyond development, you’ll be instrumental in CXO event experiences, designing and managing CXO event sites, real-time digital experiences, and interactive networking platforms that enhance in-person and virtual executive summits. What You’ll Do:
- Web Development & Digital Experiences for CXOs
- Design, develop, and maintain custom microsites, interactive content, and high-touch digital experiences for executive audiences.
- Build high-performance, scalable, and visually immersive platforms.
- Ensure seamless, engaging user experiences optimized for performance, security, and accessibility.
- Collaborate with content, design, and data teams to integrate interactive storytelling, dynamic visualizations, and multimedia.
Full-Stack Development
- Develop secure, scalable APIs (REST, GraphQL) for executive-facing digital platforms.
- Use React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Node.js for front-end and back-end development.
- Implement authentication (OAuth, JWT, SAML), data integrations, and analytics tracking.
- Optimize site speed, security, and cross-platform compatibility.
Custom Reports & Bespoke Digital Storytelling
- Build interactive, data-driven reports for Rubrik Zero Labs, leveraging D3.js, Chart.js, and Recharts.
- Develop executive dashboards and personalized content hubs.
- Enhance CXO digital engagement with AI-driven personalization and intuitive UX/UI design.
Technical Leadership & Innovation
- Drive innovation in digital storytelling for CXOs.
- Stay ahead of emerging web technologies, security best practices, and performance optimization techniques.
Contribute to design system components, reusable templates, and automation
Experience You’ll Need:
- Full-Stack Development: React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, Python.
- Front-End: HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS, Styled Components, Web Performance Optimization.
- Back-End: API Development, Express.js/NestJS, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Firebase.
- Cloud & DevOps: AWS/GCP/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD Pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD).
- Security: OWASP Top 10, CSP, CORS, XSS/CSRF Protection, Secure Authentication.
- Data Visualization & Personalization: D3.js, Chart.js, AI-driven content experiences.
Preferred Experience:
- Developing executive-focused digital platforms and interactive storytelling experiences.
- Strong grasp of cybersecurity and enterprise IT engagement strategies.
- Experience with headless CMS platforms (Contentful, Strapi, Sanity.io).
