Role Overview
The Senior Technical Product Manager (R28) is responsible for driving end-to-end product delivery by translating business needs into scalable technology solutions. This role partners closely with engineering, business, and enterprise stakeholders to deliver high-impact capabilities aligned to organizational priorities.
This role is part of the Technology Product Management function, where individuals operate with ownership across product lifecycle-strategy, execution, and delivery.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Own and manage product roadmap aligned to business and enterprise objectives
  • Translate business requirements into clear product features, user stories, and technical specifications
  • Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business value and delivery timelines
  • Partner with engineering teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across business, technology, and operations teams
  • Communicate product status, risks, and key decisions to stakeholders and leadership
  • Use data and insights to guide product decisions and continuous improvements
  • Identify and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and blockers across delivery lifecycle
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Role Scope:
  • Owns one or more complex product areas or capabilities
  • Works across multiple Agile teams
  • Responsible for product execution with contribution to strategic direction

Leadership Expectations:
  • Demonstrates ownership and accountability for product outcomes
  • Drives alignment across multiple stakeholders without direct authority
  • Operates effectively in ambiguous and fast-paced environments

Influences decisions through solid communication and collaboration
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience in Technical Product Management, Product Owner, or related roles
  • Solid experience in defining product requirements, user stories, and backlog management
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies and cross-functional delivery teams
  • Proven solid communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage prioritization and trade-offs across competing demands
  • Proven ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in enterprise environments (e.g., healthcare, insurance, or regulated industries)
  • Familiarity with product management tools such as Aha!, Rally, or Jira
  • Experience managing integrations, platforms, or large-scale transformations
  • Exposure to data-driven product delivery and analytics
