Description:

  • Preparation of Business requirement document.
  • Assist in the design, development, maintenance and enhancement of tax technology solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy in tax processes.
  • Collaborate with tax / client teams to understand their needs to streamline and automate tax processes and translate them into business requirement documents.
  • Support the implementation of tax tools
  • Help automate repetitive tax processes.
  • Usage of tools such as Excel, Alteryx, or other automation platforms will be an added advantage.
  • Participate in the testing and validation of new tax technology solutions.
  • Provide support and training to tax team members / client teams on the use of tax technology tools & automations.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates.
  • Participate in training sessions and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in tax technology and automation.
