What you'll be responsible for:
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and business leaders across Circle, leading full-cycle recruiting efforts for both technical and non-technical roles in India. You will own complex searches from intake through offer acceptance, helping teams attract and hire exceptional talent while delivering a best-in-class experience for candidates and hiring stakeholders. You will leverage your expertise in the India talent market to influence hiring strategies, identify top talent, and ensure hiring decisions align with Circle's mission, values, and long-term growth objectives.
What you'll work on:
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for a diverse portfolio of technical and non-technical roles across India, from sourcing through offer negotiation and close.
  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to develop hiring strategies, define talent profiles, and proactively address hiring challenges.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across key functions including Engineering, Product, Design, Operations, Finance, Compliance, Marketing, and Go-to-Market teams.
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies and leverage market intelligence to identify, engage, and attract high-caliber talent in competitive hiring markets.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by ensuring timely communication, effective interview processes, and thoughtful candidate engagement.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on India's talent landscape, hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and recruiting best practices.
  • Partner cross-functionally with People, Legal, Finance, and business stakeholders to support hiring operations, compliance requirements, employment models, and workforce planning initiatives.

What you'll bring to Circle:
Core Requirements
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with demonstrated success hiring across both technical and non-technical functions in India.
  • Proven ability to independently manage multiple complex searches while balancing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and hiring managers to influence hiring decisions and talent strategies.
  • Strong sourcing expertise with a track record of building pipelines for difficult-to-fill roles across diverse functional areas.
  • Deep understanding of the India talent market, including hiring trends, compensation practices, and candidate expectations.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience negotiating offers and managing candidates through competitive hiring processes.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern recruiting tools.

Preferred Requirements
  • Experience recruiting for high-growth technology, fintech, SaaS, crypto, or Web3 organizations.
  • Experience supporting distributed teams and hiring across multiple employment models, including direct employment and EOR arrangements.
  • Familiarity with Workday, Gem, Greenhouse, or similar talent acquisition platforms.

This role is based in our Bangalore office and requires employees to work from the office on a regular basis.
