Job Summary
Document Management System (DMS) Support engineer role is positioned to offer IT technical support services on IT systems enabling Document Capture and document delivery services at Iron Mountain across Global site. DMS support Engineer engages with Scan operations staff across sites to, diagnose, detect and fix DMS Systems technical issues restoring IT systems to Steady state operations.
Key Areas of Responsibility

Be responsible for monitoring and troubleshoot of E2E and Webstatus .net applications based on SQL server

Work on incidents, requests and problem tickets

Manage production deployments

Manage major incidents

Monitor Jobs and remediate any failures

Communicate and coordinate issue status effectively with users
Skills Required
Competencies

Technical Skills and Proficiency
-
5 years of relevant experience in Kofax and KTM
-
5 to 7 years of Software experience, with a minimum of 4 years in .Net and SQL
-
Backend: Strong MS SQL 20012/ 2016

IDE & Tools: VS 2017/ 2019, GIT/GITLab
-
Good to Have (Optional)
Programming: VB.Net, Ext JS. XAML
