Role Overview:

You will play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing our clients' brand(s). As a Senior Brand Strategist, you will develop provocative branding strategies with certainty that align with client goals, drive market differentiation, and foster customer loyalty. Your responsibilities will include translating insights from market research and consumer analysis into sharp positioning, brand architecture, portfolio strategies, guiding creative teams to bring brands to life with, and translate insights into actionable branding initiatives. Your expertise will shape how brands are experienced in the market and will influence decision-making at the highest levels of our clients’ organizations. Your strategic vision will not only enhance brand recognition but also contribute significantly to overall business growth.

What you'll do:

 Lead the development of brand strategy for corporate and consumer brands across geographies and categories – craft brand narratives, tone of voice, and messaging frameworks that guide creative expression and ensure strategic clarity.
 Own and lead end-to-end work streams, ensuring timely delivery and high strategic rigour throughout the engagement.
 Synthesise research and insights into clear, actionable strategic recommendations that drive differentiation and business impact.
 Collaborate with creative, product, and executive leadership teams to ensure cohesive and impactful brand initiatives.

What you'll need:

Experience in brand strategy, consulting, or related fields.
 Proven track record across insight mining, brand positioning development, brand naming systems, brand and portfolio architecture, creative briefing, brand tone and messaging frameworks, and design understanding.
 Experience working across multiple industries and geographies; ability to quickly distill insights and translate them into actionable strategic recommendations.
 Strong analytical, storytelling, and presentation skills, with the ability to facilitate workshops and present to senior clients.
 Solid understanding of how brands intersect with business strategy, including retail experience, culture, product/service innovation, and packaging strategies.
