Job DescriptionREQUIREMENTS:
- Total Experience 10+ years
- Strong working experience in Salesforce solution design and architecture.
- Strong hands-on experience architecting enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.
- Proven expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce data architecture, security model, governor limits, and performance optimization.
- Strong experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, and authentication mechanisms.
- Proficiency with Visual Studio Code, Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS), and Salesforce development lifecycle.
- Experience with DevOps, release management, and deployment strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Writing and reviewing great quality code.
- Define the system landscape, identify gaps between current and desired states, and prepare a Salesforce roadmap.
- Collaborate with colleagues and customers to create prototypes and proofs of concept to gather requirements.
- Review and recommend improvements to existing Salesforce solutions.
- Guide the team on Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and solution design.
- Design solutions for at least two Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, or Community Cloud).
- Work with Product Owners to groom and refine the Salesforce product backlog and coordinate with stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions, including: Data model, sharing & visibility, and security design, Decisions on Out-of-Box features vs. custom development vs. AppExchange product, Integration with backend systems or third-party products and Single Sign-On (SSO) and handling large data volumes (LDV)
- Advise on customization and development: Lightning pages, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, Apex classes and triggers.
- Design and architect integrations using Salesforce APIs (SOAP, REST) and other systems.
- Supervise release management, deployment, source control, and quality assurance.
- Document and illustrate designs with clear justifications.
- Coach, mentor, and direct a multi-disciplinary Salesforce team.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
