The Organon Global Procurement & Supplier Management (GPSM) Organization partners with the business to develop and execute direct and indirect sourcing strategies, enabled by agile business processes and strong supplier performance management, to drive improved business outcomes.
This position is for an exciting role on Procurement Process Excellence (PPE) team. We are looking for a Senior Specialist to join our Strategic Procurement Operations Team. This position will be responsible activities listed below:
Responsibilities
Primary activities include, but are not limited to:

Execute and Enable Global Guided Buying & Catalog Strategies to ensure execution of our preferred suppliers and leveraging negotiated pricing and savings models that are established. Inclusive of Catalog Support and Outline Agreements

Collaborate with the Procurement Process Excellence Leadership team to develop and align KPIs and SLAs that ensure maximum value across GPSM for all procurement operational activities and strategic contract support provided to our Indirect Procurement & Supplier Management team.

Identify Artificial Intelligence (AI) opportunities for the PPE team that will deliver efficiencies, develop business requirements for the identified opportunities and create business cases that demonstrate a return on investment.

Represent PPE on the GPSM AI Team that enables the utilization of AI tools, leverage AI technologies to streamline procurement operations, reduce costs, and improve decision-making. The integration of AI will enable more efficient supplier management, risk assessment, and contract negotiations, ultimately driving better business outcomes.

Collaborate with internal and external business partners on benchmarking, industry trends and report analysis

Ability to assist with tactical department improvements, include but not limited to stakeholder payable support, knowledge articles and special operational global projects

Collaborate with the contracting team and support when needed
Systems:
Coupa; SAP S/4 Hana; Microsoft Office Suite and Teams 365.

Bachelor’s Degree required
Required Experience and Skills:

Analytical - Strong analytical skills, ability to analyze large complex data sets to derive relevant intelligence in developing sourcing strategies or supporting negotiations

Ability to communicate with various suppliers and stakeholders

Proven ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic environment.

Highly capable project management skillset to understand interdepencies between project, meet timelines and handle multiple requests at the same time.
