Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Perform regulatory compliance reviews of raw materials used in flavor industry.
- Determine the approval status of raw materials based on review of vendor documentation, current company practices, and knowledge of the regulations.
- Collaborate with R&D, Creative, Quality Assurance, Production and cross-functional teams to address and resolve regulatory issues/tasks.
- Maintain and update regulatory databases to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
- Review and interpret global regulations to allow for proper implementation within the company.
- Support regulatory initiatives and projects as needed.
- Collaborate closely with R&D teams to accurately assess, document, and maintain the regulatory status of newly developed reactions, ingredients, and formulations.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or any other relevant discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Regulatory Compliance preferably within the flavors, food or chemical industry.
- Good Knowledge in legal and safety aspects of flavors.
- Ability to work with defined timelines, priorities and meet demanding deadlines.
- Perform responsibilities with a positive attitude and an ability to work autonomously.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and networking skills.
- Multi-tasker who can manage different priorities while maintaining a high level of service.
