Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities
- Understand the big picture to define business capabilities and go forward roadmap.
- Analyze and define user needs and translate them into requirements/ Business and Functional Requirement Document /data mapping documents.
- Analyze and document how systems, processes, procedures, and clients will be impacted by future development with a focus on the links between processes and systems throughout the organization.
- Create and/or provide comments into internal and external communications and user documentation.
- Review and provide comments on business and technical documentation.
- Support business on the roll-out of what has been developed with a focus on end-to-end validation.
- Act in an advisory capacity as well as coach/mentor Business & Systems Analysts.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders influencing and sharing recommendations.
Mandatory Skills
- minimum 8 - 10 experience as a business systems analyst.
- Ability to translate complex ideas into simple language for non-technicians
- Sharp problem-solving, analytical and innovation skills.
- Solid technical background and skilled at developing releases for Upgrades, troubleshooting and implementation of new enhancements.
- Keen leadership and project management skills, ability to drive projects from inception to completion.
- Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task.
- Strong PC skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio.
- Strong Knowledge on JIRA Cloud.
- Experience in using Collaboration tools for e.g., MIRO
- Experience of working with Insurance company or related financial institution and understand its business processes.
- Knowledgeable in SDLC and Agile methodology.
- Experience in or excited to learn Agile way of working.
