Primarily partners with the sales team to provide pre-sales support for Adobe’s Data & Insights solutions (including Adobe RTCDP and Adobe CJA) and other Adobe Experience Cloud Solutions. Uses in-depth product knowledge to provide technical expertise to sales team and the customer through sales presentations and product demonstrations.
The Adobe Data & Insights Solutions Consultant partners with the Account Executives to become the trusted technical advisor of the customer during the sales process. This role is responsible for technical account management, developing and presenting an Adobe Point of View, conducting product demonstration, proof of concepts, articulating solution value proposition, crafting business & technical cases and post sales value realization. The Solutions Consultant possesses a high-level of professionalism as the technical point of contact with the customer to address all technical requests.
