Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Backend Java Developer with 4 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and database technologies, and will be passionate about writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
Key Responsibilities:
· Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
· Build and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.
· Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, and product managers to deliver high-quality software.
· Optimize application performance and scalability.
· Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality.
· Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
· Troubleshoot and debug production issues.
· Maintain documentation for backend systems and APIs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
· 4+ years of experience in backend development using Java.
· Strong proficiency in Spring Boot and related frameworks.
· Experience with RESTful API design and development.
· Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ORM tools (e.g., Hibernate).
· Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
· Experience with CI/CD tools and practices.
· Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
· Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
