About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow ITAM & ITSM Full Stack Developer with expertise in Agentic AI to drive innovation and automation within our enterprise IT landscape. This role requires a deep understanding of IT Asset Management (ITAM), IT Service Management (ITSM), and AI-driven automation, enabling streamlined workflows, enhanced user experiences, and intelligent decision-making.
You will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions that integrate Agentic AI capabilities to transform IT operations. If you are passionate about building intelligent, scalable, and high-impact solutions-this is the role for you!
Key Responsibilities :
ServiceNow Development
- Design, develop, and configure custom ITAM & ITSM solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
- Develop end-to-end full-stack applications using ServiceNow capabilities (JavaScript, Glide, REST APIs).
- Build and optimize Service Catalog, Workflows, Business Rules, and UI Policies to enhance ITSM efficiency.
Agentic AI Integration
- Leverage Agentic AI to automate IT workflows, enhance self-service capabilities, and improve decision-making.
- Develop and integrate AI-powered Virtual Agents (VA) to handle IT requests, troubleshooting, and asset insights.
- Utilize ML & AI-driven automation to improve ticket categorization, resolution, and predictive analytics.
ITAM & ITSM Optimization
- Implement and manage CMDB, Discovery, and Asset Lifecycle Management to ensure data accuracy.
- Automate hardware & software asset tracking, compliance reporting, and license management.
- Enhance incident, problem, change, and request management processes with AI and automation.
Integration & Customization
- Develop and maintain integrations with third-party applications (Okta, Azure AD, SCCM, JAMF, Intune).
- Optimize ServiceNow UI/UX for better usability and efficiency.
- Ensure solutions align with best practices, security standards, and governance policies.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience in ITAM and ITSM modules.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, REST/SOAP APIs, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
- Strong expertise in Agentic AI, Virtual Agent, and AI-powered automation.
- Experience in ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, Software Asset Management, Hardware Asset Management.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow AI Ops, Predictive Intelligence, and Automation Engine.
- Understanding of ITIL processes, IT governance, and compliance.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified ServiceNow Developer, Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist - ITSM, SAM, HAM.
- Experience with AI/ML models, NLP, and intelligent automation.
- Familiarity with DevOps, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and security best practices
