Job Title: Senior Software Engineer
Location: Bangalore

Impact & contribution:
Reduce the deployment time of model by utilising advance tools and technology. In this role you’ll assist execution of strategic initiatives to improve team effectiveness and performance.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Deliver sound input and decision guidance in order to drive excellence, quality and performance for an IT service, across one or multiple portfolios.
- Undertake solution design and engineering of reusable IT services, to provide business value across multiple programmes and initiatives.
- Provide technical consulting and advice to projects to ensure alignment to IT&T strategy, architectures, and utilisation of standardised IT services.
- Practice engineering principles, patterns, standards and guidelines across projects and programmes.
- Analyse a wide range of technical data within systems and processes, to anticipate and address problems, or identify improvement opportunities.
Essential Skills:
- Candidate having 7+ years of experience
- ServiceNow HR Service Delivery, Cloud computing, CI/CD pipeline, automation, testing, networking and related technologies
- ServiceNow portal design, development experience (MID Server integration, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Macros, Service Portal, Employee Center and CMS pages).
- Web Technology (XML, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Web Services - REST/SOAP, AngularJS, JSON, etc.), full stack design, development and administration experience an advantage
- Familiarity with ServiceNow Development tools, including Studio, Workflow Editor, Flow Designer, Script Debugger and Integration Hub.
- HRSM/HRIS system (Workday)
Education Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering in Computer Science/Information Technology.
