Senior Software Engineer

Build and deploy AI-powered customer solutions across discovery, prototyping, and production. Responsibilities include designing secure multi-tenant and hybrid architectures, integrating identity and access management, encryption, networking, data engineering, CI/CD, observability, and production support. The role partners directly with enterprise customers, executive sponsors, and cross-functional teams to solve ambiguous problems, demonstrate prototypes, and standardize successful solutions. Regular domestic and occasional international travel is required.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable Java and Spring Boot backend services, REST APIs, and microservices. Work with PostgreSQL, SQL, JPA/Hibernate, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. Apply distributed-systems, security, resilience, testing, and performance practices. Troubleshoot production issues, improve observability and scalability, participate in architecture and code reviews, and mentor junior and mid-level engineers while collaborating in Agile teams.

Leads quality engineering for consumer-facing web and mobile experiences. Designs scalable automation frameworks, develops functional, API, integration, regression, and end-to-end test suites, and integrates quality gates into CI/CD pipelines. Validates accessibility, performance, reliability, and cross-device behavior; investigates defects, analyzes quality metrics, and drives continuous improvement. Collaborates with product and engineering teams, mentors engineers, and applies AI-assisted testing practices.
