About this role:
Development and deployment of pega apps in Openshift or any other private cloud env.
Pega Saas experience/knowledge will be added advantage
Automation /scripting skill in Python, Java, any other tools
Skill on Red hat Linux OS, Networking and storage.
Overall 3 years of experience in Pega deployment, administration and support.
Must have certification in PEGA and Cloud Mandatory
Must have experience in manage deploy and support Pega application on Openshift or any other private cloud environment.
Must have experience in pega application cloud migrations private or saas or public.
Should have good knowledge in middleware products- Tomcat,
Should have good knowledge in Database (Oracle/MSSQL/PostgreSQL),
Should have experience in supporting business critical applications which includes- Maintenance, Tech Refresh, Cloud Migration etc,
Must have good knowledge on software development process,
Must have experience in working Agile model,
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills,
Ability to interact with all levels of an organization; including senior management,
Experience supporting an enterprise-level environment,
Strong team or technical leadership experience,
Ability to grasp complex business issues quickly, recommend solutions, and drive for resolutions.

- Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
- Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
- Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
- Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
- Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients' needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements

- 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
