Design, develop, test, and maintain Java applications and React front-ends. Own features end-to-end, contribute to architecture, optimize performance, troubleshoot production issues, conduct code reviews, follow Agile practices, and mentor junior developers while collaborating with PM, QA, and DevOps.
* Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications using modern frameworks and best practices.
* Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to high‑level solution design.
* Take full technical ownership of assigned features or modules from inception to deployment.
* Ensure delivery of high‑quality, scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions.
* Identify performance bottlenecks and recommend or implement optimization strategies.
* Conduct peer code reviews and identify potential pitfalls, loopholes, and improvement areas in codebases.
* Collaborate closely with product managers, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
* Follow Agile development practices and actively participate in sprint planning, grooming, and review meetings.
* Participate in production issue analysis and provide timely resolutions or workarounds.
* Stay updated with emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends to continuously improve the tech stack and development practices.
* Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code; perform thorough debugging and troubleshooting.
* Guide, mentor, and support junior developers; provide constructive feedback through code and design reviews.
