Primary Responsibility:

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in end to end software development with a solid focus on end-to-end solution development, delivering scalable, high performance modern applications, systems
• Hands on experience integrating AI/ML driven features into production systems, including data pipelines, model driven workflows, and optimization techniques
• Hands on experience with event driven architecture, Apache Kafka, messaging, and asynchronous processing
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, GCP) for building, deploying, and operating production grade applications
• AI/ML: Extensive experience building machine learning models, data pipelines, and deploying AI/ML-driven products, with practical knowledge of algorithms and optimization
• Solid experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle) and NoSQL stores (MongoDB, Redis), including data modeling and query optimization
• Skills: Expert in modern programming languages Java+ react, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and AI/ML integration into production-grade applications
• Solid expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Batch, Spring Security, Spring Data JPA, Hibernate
• Demonstrated expertise in applications with multiple upstream and downstream dependencies, including service orchestration, resilience patterns, and failure handling
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Maven/Gradle, and modern testing methodologies. Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability using metrics, centralized logging, distributed tracing, and alerting
• Tools: Advanced proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), databases (SQL/NoSQL), and modern testing methodologies
• Proven ability to design and deliver enterprise level solutions aligned with business goals using microservices architecture, cloud native application development, and distributed systems
• Proven solid focus on performance tuning and optimization, including JVM tuning, database optimization, API latency reduction, and capacity planning
• Proven exceptional problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, capable of collaborating across teams to solve complex technical challenges
• Leadership: Proven solid leadership abilities, managing cross-functional teams, providing mentorship to junior engineers, and overseeing project delivery from concept to deployment
• Solution Development: Proven track record of designing and delivering innovative, enterprise-level solutions that align with business goals and technical requirements, including AI-powered features
