Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5-6 years of experience in full-stack development with expertise in front-end and back-end technologies.
- Proficiency in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Kafka, RDBMS (Oracle preferred), and React Js, HTML, CSS.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, particularly Agile.
- Experience working with cloud technologies and services will be added advantage.
- Experience working with Docker, Kubernetes will be added advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Kafka, Oracle RDBMS, and React Js, HTML, CSS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Implement and maintain scalable and efficient front-end and back-end architectures.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure quality and performance.
- Work closely with product management and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Continuously explore and evaluate new technologies to enhance existing systems and drive innovation.
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance and support.
