Role Overview:
Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and proven leadership in delivering complex projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end development of web applications, from requirements gathering to deployment
- Architect, design, and implement scalable solutions using modern frameworks and technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, Product Management)
- Mentor and guide junior developers; conduct code reviews and ensure best practices
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Angular/Vue.js
- Strong back-end experience: Node.js, Java, .NET, Python, or similar
- Database expertise: SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL), NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra)
- Experience with RESTful APIs, Graph QL, and microservices architecture
- Familiarity with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP
- CI/CD tools and DevOps practices
- Version control: Git, GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket
- Unit testing, integration testing, and automated testing frameworks
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
- 8–10 years of hands-on experience in full stack development
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects
- Strong communication and leadership skills
