The role

The Senior Software Engineer - Blazor .NET is a vital role within the Blenheim Chalcot portfolio and Koodoo. We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer / Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in .NET and Blazor framework to join our development team. The ideal candidate will lead technical initiatives and drive the development of scalable web applications

Key Responsibilities:

• As an Individual contributor you should be able to handle end to end SDLC from understanding the requirement till delivering it including writing test cases using XUnit / NUnit / MSTest.
• Design and develop high-performance, scalable, and maintainable applications using .NET Core and Blazor framework
• Lead technical design discussions and provide architectural guidance for complex projects
• You should have good problem solving skills.
• You should keep yourself up to date with the latest technologies.
• You should have good experience in Agile Methodologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and best practices
• Optimize application performance and implement security best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments.

About you

The ideal candidate will have a track-record in delivering results in a fast-moving business and hence be comfortable with change and uncertainty. Excellent stakeholder management experience is essential to being successful in this role.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Required Skills:

• 4 - 6 years of professional software development experience
• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET Core framework and .Net 8
• Expert knowledge of web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript)
• Experience with RESTful APIs and Clean Architecture
• Proficient in SQL Server and database design
• Version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
• Understanding of cloud platforms (preferably Azure)
• Knowledge of design patterns and SOLID principles

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
• Experience with testing frameworks and test-driven development
• Knowledge of Clean Architecture using MediatR

Preferred Experience 

• Experience with Azure DevOps
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools
• Understanding of Domain-Driven Design principles
• Experience with front-end frameworks like Angular or React
• Contributions to open-source projects
• Hands-on experience with Blazor
