The Senior Software Development Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of the business. The role creates robust and scalable software applications that streamline various processes within the insurance domain, such as policy management, claims processing, and risk assessment. What you will do:
Design and build high-quality applications using Unqork’s no-code platform.
Configure complex business workflows, data models, and integrations using Unqork’s visual development tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Designers, and Backend Developers to translate business requirements into functional applications.
Lead and mentor a team of junior developers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and best practices.
Participate in Agile sprints, deliver user stories, and contribute to continuous platform improvements.
Integrate REST APIs, manage data flows, and ensure application performance and scalability.
Stay updated with

What Skills Are Required?
3–5 years of hands-on experience in Unqork no-code/low-code.
Strong understanding of application architecture, data modelling, and workflow automation.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and RESTful API integration.
Experience leading or mentoring junior developers in a collaborative environment.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and modern development practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Engineering degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred).
