The Senior Salesforce Technical Lead will provide production support, resolve issues, and ensure a premier customer experience while hands-on configuring Salesforce Sales Cloud. They will architect technical solutions, manage engineering practices including CI/CD, and oversee managed services resources. The role requires strong leadership in developing Salesforce applications and familiarity with APIs and DevOps practices.

- Supporting our end users through the various Production support intake channels, identifying and resolving issues, and providing premier customer experience.
- Hands-on configuration in SFDC Sales Cloud, complex APEX code and configuration, Flows, Partner communities set up
- Architect technical solutions for the long-term, balancing time-to-market versus the health of the platforms (availability, scalability, security, performant, etc.), as well as solutions that span beyond your core skillset.
- Well versed for all engineering practices:
- CI/CD
- Technical Debt Management
- Agile Maturity
- Dotted line management of managed services resources, comfortable with delegating and providing guidance, and ramping up new resources.
- Be able easily put on your BSA hat if needed
What we look for in you (ie. job requirements):
- Minimum of 7+ years of Salesforce application development experience
- Expert in Lightning, Apex, VisualForce, SOQL/SOSL, and Javascript
- Experienced with Salesforce SOAP API, REST API, and BULK API
- Working knowledge of Jira, GitHub and overall Devops experience
- Excellent verbal, written, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to create order out of chaos, with minimal oversight
- Passion for technology, industry research and enjoys solving business problems
