Title: Senior Salesforce Developer – Sales CloudPAR is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer – Sales Cloud to design, build, and enhance scalable Salesforce solutions that support global sales operations, in partnership with internal teams and external consulting resources. This role is hands-on and focused on Salesforce Sales Cloud development while also contributing to technical design, code quality, and platform optimization within a highly integrated enterprise environment.

The Senior Salesforce Developer is a critical member of the team who will help maximize the value of the Salesforce platform and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices. Together with Product Management, you will collaborate with developers, QA, and business stakeholders to drive solution discovery and delivery, including solution design, functional configuration, and successful launch of new capabilities. You will also partner with business users to write user stories and acceptance criteria as part of the Scrum framework. Solutions will be designed to capture accurate data and provide a full-featured user interface that streamlines business processes.
The ideal candidate brings deep Salesforce development expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and experience delivering solutions for large, distributed sales organizations.
Skills We Need to SeeExpert-level experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud (experience with Service Cloud and Customer Community is a plus)
Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Flows
Implement and enhance core Sales Cloud features including Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Quotes, and Forecasting
Build scalable automation using Apex, Flow, and Platform Events
Salesforce Developer certification preferred
Perform Salesforce configuration including Flows, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic forms/layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports
Manage user and license administration including user provisioning, roles, profiles, permission sets, public groups, OWD, and sharing rules
Translate business requirements into technical designs and working solutions
Write clean, efficient, and testable code following PAR and Salesforce best practices
Develop and maintain unit tests to ensure high code coverage and quality
Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers
Develop and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and event-driven patterns
Implement data migration and synchronization strategies
Optimize data models, system performance, and reporting
Experience with Salesforce DevOps and release management, including sandbox management and deployments
Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Checks, and Optimizer
Support Agile/Scrum delivery models and CI/CD pipelines
Participate in release planning, deployment, and post-release support
Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Relevant Salesforce certification(s) preferred
5–8 years of experience working as a Salesforce Administrator or Developer
