Onit is looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator based in Pune, India, with extensive experience in Visual Flows, data migrations from legacy systems, and ideally, previous involvement in implementing a CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) solution. The Senior Salesforce Administrator will play a crucial role in enhancing and maintaining the Salesforce environment while ensuring seamless integrations and workflows to support business processes.
Responsibilities:

  • Manage and configure Salesforce environments, ensuring optimal performance and usability.
  • Respond to user requests for assistance with reports, data, objects, etc.
  • Design and implement complex Visual Flows to automate business processes and enhance user experience.
  • Lead and execute data migration projects from legacy systems to Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
  • Implement and maintain CPQ solutions, configuring product rules, pricing, and quoting processes within Salesforce.
  • Support and guide junior Salesforce Administrators and users in best practices and troubleshooting.
  • Perform regular audits, monitor system performance, and proactively address any potential issues.
  • Maintain system documentation, workflows, and processes to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Keep up to date with Salesforce releases, critical updates, feature retirements, etc. to ensure system reliability and performance.

Required Skills:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience, including hands-on experience with Visual Flows and data migrations.
  • Proven track record in CPQ implementation or significant contributions to a CPQ project.
  • Extensive knowledge of Salesforce best practices, data management, and security protocols.
  • Experience working with Salesforce integrations, preferably involving legacy systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (Advanced certification is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce’s capabilities and limitations.
  • You excel at problem-solving and have a passion for streamlining processes through automation.
  • You are comfortable working in fast-paced environments and managing competing priorities.
  • You enjoy mentoring and guiding others, sharing your knowledge and expertise.
