About the Role:

In this role you will support the execution of the India regional strategy to achieve growth targets and sales objectives within an assigned zone/region. You will assess and understand the needs of sales leaders and oversee the implementation of regional business initiatives. Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement business-building tools, training programs, and support materials that drive Distributor growth and retention. Manage, train, and mentor a team of Sales Managers to ensure excellent support for sales leaders. Travel within the assigned region to foster alignment with sales leaders around corporate initiatives, provide training, and promote the business opportunity to potential Distributors.

What you'll do:

• Support the execution of India Regional Sales Strategy within assigned region, including contribution to Revenue forecasts and budget inputs
• Analyze regional performance and competitive data; identify gaps and recommend tactical solutions that support Regional Strategy
• Support rollout and regional implementation of new programs and tools to drive Distributor Sales
• Develop regional implementation plans for marketing programs, promotions, and product launches
• Coordinate communication of new programs/tools between internal teams and Distributors within assigned region
• Develop and deliver content for regional Distributor meetings and events
• Train and coach sales leaders on corporate initiatives, strategy execution, and key success drivers
• Coordinate with key regional sales leaders in goal setting and performance tracking
• Lead and present at regional Distributor meetings and company-sponsored events
• Manage a Sales Team of Sales Managers, including workload distribution, coaching, performance reviews, leadership development, process improvement, and issue resolution
• Identify and share regional best practices to improve support to sales leaders

What you'll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 8–10 years’ work experience, 4–6 years management experience
• Strong ability to execute strategy and drive regional performance
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong coaching, training, and motivational skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• Strong understanding of representative-oriented functions/services
• Solid understanding of the direct selling industry and competitive landscape
