Senior Sales Executive - Plastics & Performance Materials Testing

JOB DESCRIPTION
QUALIFICATIONS
- Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities in plastics, polymers, composites, and performance materials testing & certification services.
- Budget: Meet & exceed Sales and revenue Budget
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, and industry stakeholders.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market penetration.
- Technical Consultation: Understand client requirements and propose appropriate testing and certification solutions.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams to ensure accurate service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering , MBA is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 5-7 years in sales of testing, certification, or related technical services in plastics/performance materials.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with international standards for testing and certification.
- Skills:
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
- Attributes: Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
