The Senior Executive, Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E), will support the design and implementation of M&E frameworks across social impact projects. Guided by senior team members, you will execute data collection, perform analyses, and ensure adherence to data quality standards. Education
Bachelor’s degree in social work, Development Studies, Statistics, Economics, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
Experience
1.5 to 3 years of experience specifically in Monitoring & Evaluation roles in social development projects, NGOs, or research organizations
Skills
- Strong knowledge of both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SPSS, R, or similar statistical software
- Experience in developing M&E frameworks, logical frameworks, and theory of change models
- Proven ability to design and implement data collection tools and survey instruments
- Experience in leading and training field teams on M&E protocols and methodologies
- Excellent presentation skills with ability to communicate findings to clients and stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and at least one Indian language
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams across different cultural and social backgrounds
- Comfortable working in field settings and rural/urban community environments
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency in data visualization tools and creating compelling presentations
- Experience with mobile data collection platforms (SurveyCTO, KoBo Toolbox, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high data quality standards
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines
Preferred
- Experience of social development programs in areas such as education, health, livelihoods, or governance
- Familiarity with participatory evaluation methods
- Basic knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualization.
