Technical team member for design and construction of a Novonesis facility in Patalganga, India
Novonesis is currently undertaking an ambitious project to design a state-of-the-art enzyme production facility at our site in Patalganga, India. This facility represents a significant investment, and we anticipate completing the basic design by the third quarter of 2025, a critical milestone that will pave the way for the subsequent execution phase, which is set to commence in the fourth quarter of 2025.
As part of this major project, we are actively seeking a highly skilled Waste Treatment Specialist to fill the important role of Technical User Manager. This individual will be integral to the success of the project team, providing essential support by defining equipment specifications, refining process design, and developing comprehensive technical documentation related to the Environmental Operations (Waste treatment) process of the project. The ideal candidate will possess a robust knowledge base in Waste treatment equipment and operations. We seek a candidate with specific knowledge and experience in the following technologies.
- Anaerobic digestion of wastewater and utilization of biogas for energy production
- Conventional Activated Sludge process
- Membrane filtration processes (UF, RO)
- Evaporation and drying technologies
- Biomass stabilization and dewatering technologies

You possess a robust technical background as an engineer, with several years of experience in roles such as plant engineer, design engineer, or a similar capacity. Experience in the design and construction of Waste treatment facilities is highly desirable.
