Step into the vibrant world of our eCommerce Content Factory, where you will be instrumental in crafting and localising high-volume beauty content for the skin and hair categories across multiple European markets. This role empowers you to blend creativity with compliance, ensuring that our innovative beauty solutions resonate globally while meeting local legal and scientific standards. Join us in shaping the digital beauty landscape, leveraging cutting-edge technology to enhance consumer engagement and drive brand growth in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Our ideal candidate will excel in high-volume adaptation, ensuring compliance, consistency, and competitiveness. As the Senior Project Manager, you will manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring the highest quality from the initial concept through execution and delivery. Prior experience in the beauty and e-commerce sectors is essential, along with a strong proficiency in using essential tools and software to manage integrated campaigns. This role offers the chance to work with iconic beauty brands as we launch a groundbreaking Europe-wide eCommerce Content Factory. By integrating automation and AI, we aim to revolutionise content creation and set new digital standards for online beauty experiences.
What is required:
- Previous experience in Beauty and/or Fashion is MUST.
- Lead and manage integrated projects for beauty and e-commerce clients, ensuring all campaign components are cohesive and strategically aligned.
- Oversee high-volume adaptation across various channels while maintaining brand consistency and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- Utilize project management and creative software tools to enhance workflow efficiency and communication.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality outputs, conducting quality checks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate multiple projects concurrently, monitoring progress and adjusting plans as necessary to meet objectives.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for project updates and changes.
- Analyse project performance, providing insights and recommendations for future improvements.
What good looks like:
- 8+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager within an ad agency, specifically focusing on the beauty & eCommerce sectors.
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing campaigns and cross-channel strategies.
- Proficiency in using project management and creative software tools (e.g., Adobe WF).
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Keen attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience with agile project management methodologies.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
