Primary Responsibilities:
- Own end to end capability strategy, lifecycle, and roadmap
- Define and articulate business value statements, capability vision, and future direction
- Establish KPI targets and make decisions to maintain, scale, or de invest capabilities
- Drive operational readiness, ensuring alignment with engineering, operations and business teams
- Build solid cross enterprise relationships to accelerate adoption and ensure long term fit
- Lead demos, stakeholder communications, and business case development for strategic initiatives
- Anticipate risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies

Required Qualifications:
- Graduate degree or equivalent experience
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of experience in product management, capability management, or finance technology
- Solid knowledge of fraud and dispute product build, card payments and various open loop processing
- Demonstrated deep strategic thinking and proven ability to influence without authority
