We are on the lookout for a Senior Product Manager to join our Product Department.
Responsibilities:
- Own the full product lifecycle: discovery → delivery → performance analysis.
- Optimize key funnels.
- Generate and validate hypotheses through data, UX research, and A/B testing.
- Manage priorities in a fast-paced environment with competing stakeholders.
- Deeply analyze customer behavior.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with CRM, Marketing, Risk, BI, and Engineering.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Product Management.
- Strong analytical skills: funnel analysis, cohort analysis, LTV.
- Experience running A/B tests and making data-driven decisions.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional environment and make decisions amid conflicting interests.
- English - B2 or higher.
