What you'll get to do...
- Contribute to a bold product vision and strategy for AI and agentic capabilities anchored in customer outcomes and business impact
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle: from problem discovery and prioritization to execution, launch, adoption, and optimization
- Partner with engineering, internal teams and leadership to identify high-value use cases, success metrics, and blockers
- Define and instrument AI quality and performance metrics including safety, latency, cost efficiency, and value
- Uphold GoDaddy’s Responsible AI standards across fairness, privacy, transparency, and policy compliance
- Lead efforts to integrate AI systems with internal and third-party platforms (APIs, tools, databases, and knowledge bases) to deliver seamless user experiences
- Champion developer and platform needs, ensuring GoDaddy’s AI services and APIs are scalable, reliable, and easy to leverage
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enable new AI-driven customer journeys that empower entrepreneurs globally
Your experience should include...
- 4+ years of product management experience building and scaling internal platforms, APIs, or AI/ML-powered products
- Proven success bringing AI/ML solutions from concept to production and driving measurable customer and business outcomes
- Strong technical foundation and exposure of Gen AI capabilities, systems, and constraints
- Demonstrated ability to define and use product metrics and experimentation frameworks to guide decisions
- Experience developing and applying operational and governance frameworks (e.g., model evaluation, quality assurance, safety testing, or policy alignment)
