About the Role

We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the end‑to‑end product life cycle in our B2B SaaS environment. You will drive growth through data‑driven experimentation and analytics, champion user obsession by embedding continuous research and feedback loops, collaborate closely with UI/UX teams, and translate strategic vision into detailed road maps. Your basic technical fluency will help you scope and prioritise features effectively while aligning cross‑functional stakeholders across engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success.

Key ResponsibilitiesGrowth & Analytics
  • Define, track, and optimise key growth metrics (acquisition, activation, retention, monetisation) through A/B testing, funnel analysis, and cohort segmentation.

  • Leverage product analytics tools to surface insights, measure impact, and inform prioritisation.

User Obsession & UI/UX
  • Conduct customer interviews, surveys, and usability studies to validate assumptions and uncover pain points.

  • Partner with UI/UX designers to craft wire-frames, prototypes, and high‑fidelity mock-ups that address user needs.

Road-mapping & Strategy
  • Build, communicate, and maintain a strategic product road map that balances short‑term wins with long‑term vision.

  • Perform market, competitive, and trend analyses to inform strategic pivots and feature prioritisation.

Cross‑Functional Leadership
  • Lead Agile ceremonies (stand‑ups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, retrospectives) to drive delivery rhythm.

  • Act as the primary liaison among engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure alignment on priorities and timelines.

Technical Proficiency
  • Apply foundational technical understanding (APIs, data models, architecture) to evaluate feasibility and manage trade‑offs.

  • Write clear product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria; maintain the product backlog in partnership with development leads.

Qualifications
  • 8+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software, with a proven track record of driving growth and adoption.

  • Deep expertise in growth PM methodologies, including experimentation, funnel optimisation, and data analysis.

  • Demonstrated user obsession with hands-on experience conducting and actioning user research.

  • Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Hands‑on familiarity with UX processes and tools to enable effective partnerships with design teams.

  • Working knowledge of Agile frameworks and best practices.

  • Basic technical literacy: comfortable discussing APIs, data flows, and integration patterns with engineers.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Bonus Points
  • Experience building or evolving a design system or component library.

  • Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices.

  • Expertise in A/B testing frameworks and experimentation design.

  • Proficiency with SQL or analytics platforms (e.g., Looker, Tableau) for ad‑hoc analysis.

If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
