Index Product Client Success Associate

ISS STOXX is actively looking for a Index Product Client Success Associate to join our team in Mumbai (Goregaon East).

Our Indices are used as the portfolio basis for ETFs, UCITS-compliant funds, Structured Products, futures, and options and for risk and performance measurement.

Within this construct, we are now seeking to hire a new member of the Index Client Success team to develop client-centric and quality-focused client service. 

Responsibilities:

As a member of Index Product Client Success team, you will become a key point of contact for our clients, ensuring exceptional service and strategic alignment. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with different internal teams such as Product Management, Sales, Research allowing you to deliver a high client satisfaction and at the same time to provide impactful solutions, drive account growth, and maintain long-term partnerships.

As part of the Index Product Client Success team, the successful candidate will support the following activities:

• Understand client needs and ensure consistent, high-quality support

• Develop and execute strategies to drive account growth and retention

• Partner with internal teams (Product, Sales, Operations, etc.) on strategic initiatives

• Ensure alignment across departments to support client success

• Contributing presentations for internal and external stakeholders

• Provide day-to-day support across client accounts and projects

• Proactively resolve operational issues with speed and accuracy

• Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in client-facing roles within the financial industry

• Knowledge of the index business

• Advanced Excel skills and analytical capabilities

• High attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines

• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus

• A degree in Finance, Economics or Mathematics is highly desirable.

• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team
